Refund and Exchange Policy

Thank you for supporting Waterloo United! Every purchase helps support our club and community. We appreciate your support and want to make sure you're happy with your merchandise.

Size Exchanges

We understand that sometimes the fit isn't quite right. We are happy to offer size exchanges only within 14 days of the order fulfillment date.

To be eligible for an exchange:

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in like-new condition.

  • Items must be free from stains, damage, odors, pet hair, or any other signs of wear.

  • Size exchanges are subject to product availability.

  • Waterloo United reserves the right to refuse an exchange if the item does not meet these requirements.

No Refunds

All sales are final. Refunds are not available on any merchandise.

Incorrect Orders

While we carefully inspect every order before it leaves us, mistakes can occasionally happen. If you believe you've received the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order so we can make it right.
